    Vermont / 27.10.2018

If you’ve ever wondered what time of year to visit Vermont, let us come right out and say that it HAS to be Autumn. The white steeples of the chapels and churches are popping in the charming towns of Manchester and Burlington, in perfect contrast to the nature show of burnt orange and red. The temperature is dropping, coating the Green Mountains with blankets of fog. Wafts of apple cider and maple syrup (ALL the maple syrup) fill the air around the cute stops on the side of the road (which are all dressed up for the Halloween festivities). Does it get any more quaint (or picturesque) than that?     Renting a car should be mandatory, because there’s really no better way...

As originally seen on Traveller24   It’s been a crazy, wild, unforgettable (and slightly unbelievable) journey, travelling full-time for nearly three years. We’ve done some extraordinary things, and we’ve been to places we hadn’t even heard of when we left on our trip in March 2015. But every great journey starts somewhere, and for us, it was our Wanderlist (our own affectionate term for our traveling Bucket List) that turned our “someday” dream into a tangible trip of a lifetime. Inspired by our recent experiences of attending a Greek cooking class on the island of Poros and touring Florence in a vintage Fiat 500, our quest to inspire people to #LiveWithLess has evolved to a little more than us simply telling everyone we meet to read James Wallman's Stuffocation (which you really, really should). Before departing on our journey, we created our Wanderlist (our version of a travel bucket list) and recently looked at it and noticed how many worthy-of-their-own-limelight experiences were on it; featuring both experiences we've been dying to do for years, and amazing recommendations from our community, that we hadn't even thought of. As a result, we have created a series of graphics that illustrate what you can get...
